unnofficial notes - A reminder it is not how you score, but how
many runs - The Glass City (Toledo) Bombers tied Gladwin Post 171 3-3
on Saturday. Gladwin scored first on Carson Longstreth's 2-out RBI
single in the 1st inning. Glass City tied the game in the 3rd with a
single by Smith, two infield errors and an RBI ground-out by Ribas.
Gladwin reclain=med the lead in the 5th as Hunter Merillat doubled
with two out and Longstreth followed with a 2-run homerun to left.
Glass City tied the game in the bottom of the 5th with a walk, a
single and a two out throeing error on an infield single - allowing
two runs to score. Gladwin had two on and 1 out in both the 6th and
7th but could not score; Glass City loaded the basses in the bottom
of the 7th but could not get a run in - the game declared a 3-3
tie.Justin Greer and John Cogwsell pitched for Gladwin; Morales and
Avary pitched for Glass City.
