From Robert Laurence
Binyon's "For the Fallen" - the "Ode to
Remembrance"...
They shall grow not
old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

You Go Home, Tell Them Of Us And Say,

Many of the global political issues of
the 21st century are founded in the post World War One era - the
growth of the United States as a world power, the middle east, the
recognition of Japan as a global nation, the creation of many of the
Eastern European nations, the dissolution of the Russian Empire, the
concept of "self-determination" of peoples.
Just as many have little knowledge on
how the United States grew, many also have little idea on how much
impact World War One had on the world we live in today.
